
Ina is a Registered Dietitian with a Bachelors of Science in Nutrition & Dietetics from New York University and a Masters of Science in Nutrition Education from Teachers College, Columbia University. She is also a Certified Dietitian Nutritionist as recognized by the State of New York Education Department and holds a New York Department of Health Certificate in Food Protection.

Ina Tsagarakis has been a passionate nutrition educator since 2001 working with a diverse assortment of individuals and populations. Ina seeks to improve nutritional well-being for individuals, families as well as the surrounding
population through initiatives that involve food, health, disease prevention and the environment. Ina’s most current educational endeavor is a science-based family nutrition program that involves parents and caregivers of young children to help rethink the home food environment and help establish healthy eating habits from the start.

Ina is passionate about good food and healthy living. Her philosophy on nutrition is science-based yet open and fun. Nutritional goals are centered on creating and sustaining healthy behaviors and relationships with food.
